A booking-first website for a heritage hotel

A calm, image-led website that puts rooms, experiences and direct enquiries first.

Overview

This sample project shows how we'd approach a heritage property that relies on third-party listings. The redesign gives the hotel its own credible digital home, with room pages, an experiences guide and a direct enquiry flow that works well on mobile.

Objectives

  • Present rooms and experiences with editorial photography
  • Make direct enquiries simple from any page
  • Give the team a CMS to update rates notes and offers

The challenge

Guests discovered the property on listing sites, but the hotel's own website was slow, text-heavy and difficult to update.

Our approach

A lightweight, mobile-first build with a reusable room template, an enquiry form with date selection, and a seasonal offers section managed from the CMS.

Deliverables

  • Sitemap & wireframes
  • Visual design
  • Responsive build
  • CMS setup
  • Enquiry form
